Gisele Bündchen rocked fabulous hair (as always) during the 2016 Brazilian Olympics opening ceremony. The Brazilian supermodel first gained international success back in the ’90s, taking the modeling world by storm when Vogue magazine called her 'The Return of Sexy Model', ending the 'heroin chic' modeling era. Gisele, known for her beautiful, carefree hair, will now also be infamous for strutting a mile during the ceremony (with flawless hair).

So how does she get such flawless hair? Don't brush! That's right. She once told The Associated Press that she didn't own a hairbrush. Here are some simple styling tips to get simple, no fuss, perfect beach waves and curls anytime:

Wash and Condition with the Right Products: Ditch shampoos (and all hair products) that contain ingredients like sodium laurel sulfate, mineral oils, and artificial fragrances and colors. Your scalp is part of your skin (the biggest elimination organ in the body), and should be cared for with ingredients the body recognizes as food. The addition of 'hair foods' will keep your hair fortified and happy. If your hair is dry, try Amazonia Preciosa Brazil Nut Shampoo followed by Brazil Nut Hair Mask. For curly and fragile hair try Amazonia Preciosa Extra Gentle Ucuuba Shampoo and Amazonia Preciosa Ucuuba Conditioner and Hair Mask.

Braid your Hair before Bed: Do this and in the morning you will have perfect beach style curls with no brushing required. This is also a great time to repair any damaged split ends by using Sapien Women Split end Repair. A little goes a long way, as it repairs split ends without product build-up.

Follow a Healthy Diet: Gisele Bündchen says this about beauty and diet: "Products are amazing but if you are putting things that are unhealthy inside your body it's just masking stuff. I haven't drank soda in 10 years." Gisele’s favorite foods includes quinoa and avocado, and she sticks to a predominantly plant based diet. She also shares that her children's first solid foods were papaya and avocado.

While you might not want to walk a mile in her shoes anytime soon, you will be able to achieve her naturally beautiful hair in a few simple steps.

Gisele Bundchen has chosen this walk to be her last walk as a model. She also shared on Instagram about the Olympics:  The Olympics symbolize so much for our global community. The unity that is felt is amazing and gives me goose bumps. There is so much dedication and love the athletes themselves pour into their chosen sport. Each athlete has given their all to achieve lifelong dreams and their journeys have led them here to Rio to compete for their countries with pride. The energy is electric and contagious. I am so happy to be part of the opening ceremony in my homeland and to celebrate these bright stars from around the globe. I truly believe that each Olympian lights the path for the next young child dreaming of being at the Olympics and encourages the practice of sports. As I walk down tonight on the longest runway I have ever been on I will be sending out all my love and positivity. I am humbled and honored to be part of this historic moment for my country. I believe that the unity is the key to creating a world filled with kindness, gratitude, peace, and love.
