This quote is one that we live by here at Surya Brasil. We are all a team and believe we should all be one with the Earth and all the inhabitants therein. Meditation helps us to focus and calms our minds to reach a deeper level of consciousness, while Yoga helps us work our bodies and become liberated and one with the Earth and all that is in it.
